DUNE: PART THREE IMAX Preview Tickets Go On Sale Tomorrow for 15 December

IMAX UK has today confirmed that tickets for a special preview screening of DUNE: PART THREE will go on sale tomorrow, with the one-off event taking place on Tuesday 15 December.

The preview lands three days ahead of the film’s nationwide 18th December opening and gives UK audiences an early chance to see Denis Villeneuve’s final chapter on the biggest screens.

PLEASE NOTE: This will be a single preview screening on the Tuesday rather than a full day of early-access showtimes.

What about IMAX 70mm?

A first wave of DUNE: PART THREE IMAX 70mm screenings at BFI IMAX went on sale earlier this year, with selected opening-weekend performances tied to a collectible IMAX 15/70 strip.

At the moment, there is no indication that the 15th December preview will include the same film strip giveaway.

Which UK cinemas could take part?

The full list of participating venues has not yet been confirmed.

For large-format audiences, the main locations to watch include BFI IMAX and The Ronson Theatre at the Science Museum in London, Vue Printworks Manchester, alongside regional IMAX locations equipped with Laser or Dual Laser projection.

Whether all of those sites take part in the 15 December preview will become clearer once tomorrow’s on-sale begins.

For those specifically waiting for IMAX 70mm, BFI IMAX already has its main run scheduled from 18 December, with further screenings expected to be released closer to opening.
